I've just got into Evile recently, I bought the dvd edition of Enter the Grave and saw what a safe group of guys they all seemed. I was really sad to hear about Mike, its crazy how unexpected it must have been for the band, and also for his family & friends.
From just watching that dvd you can see what a cool guy he was. Rest in Peace Mike

I only got into the band a little while ago when a friend of mine dropped by and span Enter the grave on my stereo...I like it a lot. Then, a few months afterward I bought the infected nation album and fucking liked it. Then I learned that Mike had died... I just wanna show some love guys...I hope to see you live sometime though. RIP MIKE.

When EVILE supported Megadeth I remember it was the first time id ever heard of them.... and they kicked arse!!! (unlike job for a cowboy) But whilst we were all singing along to pantera that was being played before megadeth came on we saw 'That dude from Evile' Pushing through the crowd and stopped next to our group of mates, so we of course we had to harras him and say nicely played mate, followed by a number of questions about Dave mutaines true nature (Mike said he was a really nice guy!) But Ive shared this because it showed Mike truly loved music and what he did. Kicking arse on stage then joining into the pits of megadeth! Just from that I had a huge amount of respect for him. I wish his friends and familly all the best RIP...

Mike Alexander was such an amazing musician and judging by the interviews I've seen with Evile, he seems like such an amazing person as well.
I just got Enter The Grave and after that Evile has become one of my favorite bands, and therefor I was so sad when I heard he had passed on...
Unfortinatly I'll never have the chanse of seeing him play live or meet him personally. R.I.P Mike... I hope you are in a better place now :-)
